1) The model you wanted was out of stock. Will you get it again?

At Makhoul Swimwear, we don't do stock replenishment. What may happen is that we receive a change, in this case the item that was previously out of stock, becomes available online. That's why we advise you to pay attention to our online store.

2) Where can I buy Makhoul Swimwear?

We only sell through the online shop.

3) How to buy online

  • Open the page of the item you want to buy.
  • Select its size (if you can not select it, i is because unfortunately this size is already exhausted). You can consult the dot size chart.
  • Click on "add". This way the model will be added to your cart. You can continue to consult more models.
  • Once you have added all the items you want to buy, check your shopping cart (top right corner of your screen).
  • Now all you have to do is fill in the requested fields and proceed to payment. After successful payment, by credit card or Paypal, you will receive an email (please check your SPAM folder), to the email address you registered on our site, with the confirmation of your order.
  • When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a new email, to the email with which you registered on our site. With your tracking number which you can insert on the website of Correos ( http://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion-4000003382119-herramientas_y_apps/detalle_app-sidioma=en_EN ) and check the status of your order.

4) DELIVERY OF ORDERS, DELIVERY POSTAGE, AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and within the stipulated deadlines, Makhoul Swimwear entrusts the delivery of your orders to the Correos (carrier who will deliver your order to the address you requested on national territory). If the shipping address is in another country, delivery may be made by a different carrier, associated to Correos.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Makhoul Swimwear will send a message to the email address with which the purchase was registered. The estimated average delivery time starts counting from the moment the customer receives this email.

5) Exchanges and returns

+  CONDITIONS:

Makhoul swimwear accepts exchanges / returns of articles, within the deadlines mentioned below.

For an exchange / return is carried out successfully is mandatory the item to be delivered in perfect condition (without having been used, washed or that has odors), in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels, hygienic protector, bag etc.

There are no changes / returns of items altered, washed, used, or otherwise damaged by misuse of them.

Before each purchase we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE point (size chart), in order to make a purchase as informed as possible. The customer support team will be happy to help if you have any questions.

You can contact us using the form on www.makhoulswimwear.com, specifying the models you are interested in, your bust size and trousers, as necessary. 

For exchanges / returns made in the online store, the customer has 8 days after receipt of the order at the address chosen by the Customer, to make it.

In the changes / returns of our online, all shipping costs are borne by the Customer. We recommend that the items are sent to us by the postal company.

When you are in Correos with your package ready, you must specify the mode of delivery. We advise you to send the package with the following modality "URGENT ORDINARY LETTER". After the payment of your shipment will provide you with a tracking number, with which you can track your return until the time it is delivered to our warehouse.

The item will only leave stock at the time the exchange is processed. The exchange will only take place when we receive the item at our facilities and this step successfully in our quality control.

The online shop team undertakes to respond to the customer within two working days after receiving the item at our premises.

ONLINE EXCHANGE / RETURNS PROCEDIMENTS

Changes:

Once the item arrives at our workshop and passes successfully in our quality control, we will contact you by email to inform you whether the item you have chosen for the change is available. If so, we will then send our IBAN for payment of shipping charges and the difference in values between items (if the chosen model is more expensive than the previous one). Once we receive your proof of payment, the new item will be shipped to the address you indicated above.

 

If the item you have chosen is already sold out at the time of the exchange, you will be able to choose other items available for immediate purchase on our site.

Returns:

Once the item arrives at our workshop will be subject to quality control by Makhoul Swimwear and, if successful, the refund value will be made by the same method of payment with which the customer placed the order. Returns have a deadline of 2 weeks to be made, after receipt of the item in the Atelier Makhoul Swimwear.

When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, Makhoul Swimwear is not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are at the customer's expense

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES / RETURNS ONLINE

Send an email using the contact form on our website with the following information:

Full name, order number, and date of purchase

E-mail address for which you wish to be contacted

Telephone number

Address where you wish to receive your new article

Reference and size of the item you want to change or return

Reference and size of the item you wish to receive or indication of return, if desired

6) INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING / USE

Hand wash, use cold running water, removing all residues of chlorine and salt;

Do not use aggressive detergents;

Use neutral soap;

Do not leave to soak;

Squeeze gently, without twisting;

Do not use a washing machine, dryer or dry cleaner;

Never iron;

Dry in the shade and in a ventilated place;

Do not leave the piece in contact with solvents, cosmetics, sunscreens, and other chemical products;

We advise you to be careful when using the articles in swimming pools with a high percentage of chlorine. Lycra exposed to large amounts of chlorine can alter the color.

7) ONLINE PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

In your online purchase, you can opt for the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard and Paypal.
