Due to the demand for orders during the Black Friday sales, orders may take 15 to 20 days to be prepared.

Items purchased at a discount during the Black Friday sales are non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to out-of-stocks.

If you have purchased with shipping, you will receive the tracking number as soon as it is on its way.

If you purchased with in-store pickup, orders will be available from 12/12/24. By default orders are picked up in El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, but if you want to pick it up at the store in Corralejo, please detail it in comments before checkout or inform us through the contact form.

Due to the demand for emails during the Black Friday sales, responses to emails may take 3 to 5 business days.

During the Black Friday campaign, product prices may be subject to change. No refunds will be made for products that may have been reduced in price after purchase.

How to care for and wash garments?

After the beach or pool, rinse them in fresh water.
You can wash Makhoul garments in the washing machine.
If you wash your bikini by hand, do not stretch or twist the fabric.

 How to buy online?
  1. Register on our website with your name, surname and email address.
  2. Open the page of the item you wish to buy.
  3. Select the size (if the option you want is not enabled, it is because it is not available). We recommend you look at the "Size chart" available on our website.
  4. Click on "Add". This way the model will be added to your cart automatically.
  5. You can continue to view more models. When you have added all the items you want to buy, check the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen.
  6. Then fill in the requested fields to proceed with the payment.
  7. Once the payment has been made, either by credit card or Paypal, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order (check spam).
  8. When the order leaves our shop we will send you a new email with the tracking number, which you can insert on the website of Correos in the section "Track your delivery" to check the status of the order (https://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion-localizador_envios-localiza_busca_encuentra/detalle_app-sidioma=es_ES).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Order processing time is 1 to 5 working days.

The estimated delivery time detailed below is calculated from the time the customer receives the tracking number.

- Estimated delivery time for Canary Islands: 3/5 working days

- Estimated delivery time for mainland Spain: 7/10 working days

- Estimated delivery time for Balearic Islands: 10/15 working days

- Estimated delivery time for European Union: 10/15 working days

- Estimated delivery time for international destinations: 15/20 working days

The delivery time for shipments outside the Canary Islands depends mainly on customs clearance, the logistics of Correos or its associated company and the final destination.

In sales campaigns or special promotions, the processing time of the order may be longer than usual.

To ensure that orders arrive in perfect condition and within the estimated time Makhoul Swimwear entrusts the delivery of orders in Spain to Correos de España.
Deliveries outside Spain will be made by the courier company of the destination country associated with Correos de España. For example, La Poste Italiane in Italy, La Poste in France, Correios in Portugal and DHL in Germany.
Once the order is prepared and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

From 1/7/2021 a new European regulation came into force which establishes that all goods brought into the Spanish mainland, the Balearic Islands and the European Union from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to import processing and therefore to the payment of import VAT.

Makhoul Swimwear is not responsible for customs costs that may arise in shipments outside the Canary Islands. These will be borne by the customer.

Incidents with deliveries should be reported to the customer service department via the form available on our website or by email to makhoulswimwear@gmail.com.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

Correos will attempt delivery twice. If the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, the package will remain at the post office closest to the delivery address or the office corresponding to the destination postcode for approximately 15 days. If the package has not been collected within this period, it will be returned to the shop and we will contact you to confirm the address or request a new one and resend it.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

In the Canary Islands there is a different tax regime to the mainland and Europe and from 1/7/2021 came into force a new European regulation which states that all goods introduced into the Spanish mainland, Balearic Islands and the European Union from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs clearance and therefore to the payment of VAT on importation.
Makhoul Swimwear is not responsible for customs costs that may arise in shipments outside the Canary Islands, which will be borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package.

I have already received my order, can I exchange or return it?

Makhoul Swimwear accepts exchanges and returns of items that have been purchased without discount or special promotions.

If the items have been purchased with discount or special promotions, only changes of model or size will be accepted but not returns.
During the Black Friday campaign we do not accept exchanges or returns due to stock clearance.
For an exchange or return to be successful it is necessary that the item is received in perfect condition, without having been used, with labels, hygienic protector, bag, etc...
Before making a purchase, we suggest you consult the "Size chart" section to choose the ideal model and size.

In case of doubt, our customer service team will be able to help you. You can contact us by filling in the form available on the website specifying the models you are interested in, cup/bust size and trouser size as required.
For exchanges or returns of items purchased through the online shop the customer has up to 8 days after receipt of the order to do so.
For both exchanges and returns the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

After payment they will issue you a ticket with the tracking number. For your security and our organisation, please send us an email attaching a photo of the ticket.
For shipments from Europe and the rest of the world we recommend any method with tracking number.
Keep in mind that the Canary Islands have a different tax regime than the rest of Europe and for this reason every package that enters and leaves the Canary Islands is controlled by Customs. Therefore, for the customs declaration, it is necessary to specify that the goods are to be returned, the content and the value. The post office should be aware of the situation and complete all the necessary requirements. Makhoul Swimwear is not responsible for orders that are returned to sender due to lack of documentation for customs clearance.
Once the item arrives at the shop and successfully passes quality control, we will send an email informing that we have received the package with a discount code equivalent to the value of the products to be exchanged.
Next, select the products you wish to receive on the website and enter the discount code in the payment gateway. This way you will only have to pay the shipping costs (€5 Spain, €11 Europe, €15 international).
If the item you have chosen is out of stock at the time of exchange, you can choose other items available on our website.
