Point of sale

You can find us at our online store at www.makhoulswimwear.com and at our physical stores in Fuerteventura:

Online purchase process

Select the pieces you love and add them to your cart. When you're done, register with your name, surname, email and phone number, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. We'll send you two emails: one confirmation and another with your tracking number once your order leaves our store.

Account creation

To complete your purchase in our online store you need to register with your name, surname and email address. Having an account will make it easier to manage any exchanges or returns with us.

Check our size guide at www.makhoulswimwear.com/pages/size-chart. If you still have doubts, write to us at info@makhoulswimwear.com with your usual trouser and bust size and we'll be happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Item unavailable

Some items may be temporarily out of stock. Join our waiting list and we'll let you know as soon as it becomes available again.

Payment method

Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world. We accept VISA, MasterCard and more.

Order confirmation

Once your purchase is complete, we'll automatically send you two emails: one order confirmation and another with your tracking number when your order leaves our store. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Order modification or cancellation

We can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Write to us at info@makhoulswimwear.com with your order number in the subject line and the details of the change needed. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Sale items

During special campaigns such as Black Friday, our order volume is especially high, which means preparation and shipping times may be extended up to 10 business days. Our customer service response time may also be extended up to 5 business days.

Items purchased during these campaigns cannot be exchanged or returned as they are part of a stock clearance sale.

Shipping & Delivery

Order shipment

We prepare orders within 1 to 5 business days. Once ready, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order at any time.

During high-demand periods such as collection launches or special promotions (Black Friday), preparation time may be extended up to 10 business days due to order volume.

Error in order details

If there is an error in your order details, write to us as soon as possible at info@makhoulswimwear.com with your order number in the subject line and the correction needed in the body of the email. If your order hasn't left our store yet, we'll be able to update it without any problem.

Courier & transport

All our shipments are handled through Correos de España. For international orders, final delivery is carried out by Correos' partner carrier in the destination country: La Poste Italiane (Italy), La Poste (France), Correios (Portugal) and DHL (Germany).

Makhoul Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Delivery times

Delivery times are calculated from the moment we send you the tracking number:
• Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days
• Mainland Spain: 7 to 10 business days
• Balearic Islands: 10 to 15 business days
• European Union: 10 to 15 business days
• International destinations: 15 to 20 business days

During campaign launches or special promotions (Black Friday) these timeframes may be longer than usual.

Shipping cost

Shipping within Spain costs €5, to the rest of Europe €10 and international shipping €15.

Order tracking

When your order leaves our store, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow it at:

Order status

Correos will make two delivery attempts. If delivery was not possible, the package will be held at the nearest office for approximately 14 days. If not collected within that period, it will be returned to us and we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Order delivered

If Correos shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@makhoulswimwear.com, including your order number in the subject line, and we'll sort it out right away.

Incomplete order

If you notice that an item is missing from your order, write to us at info@makhoulswimwear.com within 14 calendar days of receiving it, including your order number in the subject line. After this period, we will assume your order arrived complete and in perfect condition.

Defective order

If you notice a defect in your order, write to us at info@makhoulswimwear.com within 14 calendar days of receiving it, attaching photos or a video of the product. After this period, we will assume your order arrived in perfect condition.

Damaged package

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, note it when signing for delivery or refuse the package indicating it is damaged. Contact us within the first 24 hours at info@makhoulswimwear.com with your order number in the subject line and the condition of the package, so we can handle the claim with the carrier as quickly as possible.

Taxes & Customs

Our store is based in the Canary Islands, a territory with a different tax regime from the rest of Spain and Europe. Therefore, orders shipped to mainland Spain or other European countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or other charges arising from customs clearance. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Return policy

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. Items purchased at a discount or during Black Friday campaigns cannot be returned.

For a return to be accepted, items must be in perfect condition, with the hygienic liner intact and the original packaging.

Return process

To request a return, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account, select the item and submit your return request.
2. We'll send you an email with the approval and shipping instructions.
3. Send us the package to the indicated address.
4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Exchange policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request an exchange. Items purchased at a discount or during Black Friday campaigns cannot be exchanged.

For an exchange to be accepted, items must be in perfect condition, with the hygienic liner intact and the original packaging.

Exchange process

To request an exchange, follow these steps:
1. Write to us at info@makhoulswimwear.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange and the new one you'd like to receive.
2. Our team will reply within 24 to 72 hours with the approval and shipping instructions. During high-demand periods this may take up to 5 business days.
3. Send us the package to the indicated address.
4. Once received and verified, we'll send you a purchase credit equivalent to the value of the item to use at www.makhoulswimwear.com.

Product conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must be in perfect condition, with the hygienic liner intact and the original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used, washed or damaged products
• Personalised items
• Items whose hygienic protection (adhesive liner) has been removed, tampered with or is missing
• Items purchased at a discount due to stock clearance, including Black Friday campaigns

Shipping a return or exchange

Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with the shipping address. We always recommend using a tracked service:
• From Spain: Correos via Certified Letter (Carta Certificada).
• From outside Spain: any courier service with mandatory tracking number.

Send us proof of postage at info@makhoulswimwear.com and remember that responsibility for the shipment lies with the customer until the package reaches our premises.

Order refund

Once the item is received and verified to be in perfect condition, we'll process your refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take up to 14 days from receipt of the item.
